APPLICATION FOR ADMISSIONS
All of our admission forms have been updated for the 2012-2013 school year and are available by clicking on the links below. There is a separate application for Pre-K and K-10 students. Each student in a family needs a separate application form. Once you complete the application form(s) and return it with the $200 non-refundable application/registration fee (payable per FAMILY) you will receive more information and enrollment paperwork. If you have any questions, please call the school office at (804)732-3931 between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
