Diroma
As the current HSA President, Donna DiRoma represents the parents and families of Saint Joseph Catholic School.  Donna has experience both professionally and personally working with school boards, school improvement leadership teams, parent teacher organizations, home school organizations, and in the classroom.  With a student currently enrolled at Saint Joseph, Donna has a vested interest in the quality of education provided by Saint Joseph Catholic School to the Tri-Cities community.

Christopher

Riggs
Christopher Riggs founded Riggs & Company Investment Management in 2007. He has been a trusted Investment Advisor for nearly 20 years, helping clients accumulate, preserve and transfer wealth. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, restoring old homes, tropical gardening, traveling, and is an avid racquetball player. Chris and his wife Colleen are Saint Joseph Catholic School parents and reside in Petersburg with their two wonderful children, Nicholas and Madeline.

Dr. Peter A.

Zedler
Peter Zedler, MD, practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Richmond, Virginia for 32 years, and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is the proud parent of three children and three grandchildren. He is excited about assisting Saint Joseph Catholic School with their development program to help its students achieve their full potential.

Dr. Barbara

Zedler
Barbara Zedler, MD, has lived in Richmond since completing medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago. She practiced internal medicine for 11 years followed by 21 years of clinical and life sciences research. Barb attended Catholic elementary school, high school and college and enthusiastically supports the ongoing growth and development of Saint Joseph Catholic School. Barb and her husband Peter have three adult children and three grandchildren.

Troilen G.

Zedler
Troilen G. Seward, Ed.S., is a retired educator who was licensed and worked at both the elementary and secondary levels as a teacher, school counselor and an elementary principal. Mid-career she returned to her undergraduate Alma Mater, William and Mary, and completed her second graduate program in School Psychology. Mrs. Seward subsequently worked in Dinwiddie County for the next 20 years as their school psychologist, in several central office positions and lastly as their Superintendent. In her retirement, she continues her educational involvement as a lobbyist for several professional education associations. She has received many honors at the state and national levels. Education has been her passion and her vocation.

Pamela

Wray
In June 2018, Pamela joined the Office of Catholic Schools team in a new role as Enrollment Management Coordinator. She works closely with all school constituents in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Her focus is strengthening school communities by providing admissions and marketing support to enhance student retention and enrollment growth. 

She brings 15 years of admissions and development experience working with Catholic and private schools in the Richmond area. Most recently, serving as the Admissions and Development Director at Saint Joseph School and Saint Bridget School. Prior to starting her admissions career, Pamela was a Human Resources Manager and Training Consultant for organizations in the utility, non-profit and customer service industries. Pamela earned her B.A. degree from Randolph-Macon College and has two daughters who continue the family tradition at R-MC
